Zangarmarsh

Finishing up my remaining quests in the Peninsula with just my remaining quests to go to the Cenarion Refuge, I left Hellsfire Peninsula. Finally a zone without the colors of red, orange and yellow surrounding me. Zangarmarsh is decorated with giant mushrooms that loom above you with the hue of blue everywhere and orange beneath the mushrooms. My eyes were at rest in this zone and didnt have to strain anymore. After oodling the mushrooms, I quickly found the refuge and my new quests awaiting me.

The quests are like all others but with this zone, you learn of the struggle that is going on. Tthe Cenarion clan came to this zone in order to rescue it but had missleading reports about the wildlife. Im asked to go out and check out the local wildlife in the lake and report back and collect any plants that I have to have them inspected. I set forth into the lake only to find Naga everywhere. Much like their kin in Azeroth, they look exactly the same and drop just as easily.

More mobs here include hydras and treants but the new mobs I encountered where spore bats, stingers and fen striders. All I wished to do was get a nice picture of all the mobs but they thought otherwise. Quickly dispatching these mobs, I noticed each mob was giving me 600 exp or more with some up to a thousand. This was quite a treat to me even though it took 600,000 to level up. Luckily, I was already about 400,000 into this level. Logging off, I thought this will be an exciting zone to explore and conquer.

More about the zone later.
